GeekCraft Expo is coming to St. Louis! This curated, geeky craft market—think Etsy-Meets-Comic-Con—was founded by comic book writer Daniel Way (Marvel Comics’ Deadpool, Wolverine, The Incredible Hulk, et al.) and will showcase local STL and Midwest crafters who create handmade jewelry, plushies, artwork, home goods, clothing and more, inspired by comics, videogames, television, and pop culture. Plus, GeekCraft Expo STL is free to the public and family-friendly, with free crafting activities for kids!
GCE founder and Deadpool writer Daniel Way: “With the overwhelming and continued success of our event in Madison, WI—and also in no small part due to the fact that I’m from the Midwest—it only makes sense that we start filling in the middle of the map with new GeekCraft shows, expanding the network for geeky crafters and makers and St. Louis, with its unquestionable nerd cred and vibrant DIY community, is the perfect city—it’s like The Geekway to the West! Is that too dorky?”
Don’t miss this one-of-a-kind opportunity to support your local nerds and enjoy all kinds of geek-centric gifts, apparel, and lifestyle accessories inspired by your favorite games, comics, films and more!
Exhibitor space for this event is now available and potential exhibitors are encouraged to apply here: http://www.geekcraftexpo.com/exhibitor-app-gce-stl-2018.
